Our story
The idea for The Wine Flight emerged when founder Josh Edelman, a wine journalist with more than 14 years of global experience, recognised a rare opportunity: England was producing world-class wines, yet few were truly experiencing them at their best. Despite a growing realisation that the top echelon of English wines can match the best of Champagne and Burgundy, there remained a disconnect between quality and perception. Driven by a passion for fine wine and exceptional hospitality, Josh imagined a new way to explore the diversity of England’s vineyards: by helicopter, connecting estates across regions in a single journey.
